I asked for express shipping before 12, the order was not shipped until 230.
Nice fresh display. Site withheld delivery/handling cost ($14.99) until the very end after collecting all of my billing info. Should be able to see total cost with only a delivery zip code or city.
The only gripe I have is the hidden handling fee.
Flowers were supposed to be expedited. Took over 24 hours. Every time I called I waited at least 12 minutes on hold. Very unsatisfies
I bought the flowers paying extra to be delivered before noon to my girlfriend office because it is her birthday. 4pm and didn't hear from my girl. Checked the status "no delivered". Called the 1-800, waited 20 minutes until finally someone picked up. Waited another 10 minutes for them to find out what happened. Turned out, they weren't able to make it. Never bother communicating to me. I am heartbroken that what I considered to be an special surprise was totally ruined now by a third party. They offered me 50% off next order. There is nothing they can do to fix what they did. Totally ruined it. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company EVER.

I was satisfied with order and service except I paid extra for my order to be delivered by noon and it wasn't delivered until 3 pm. Wasn't mad about the time just didn't want to be charged the 4.99 for noon delivery.
I am really disappointed with the arrangement that was received. It was not impressive at all and I upgraded. Very disappointed

My friend was soooo happy to receive the flowers I sent her. She said they arrived very fresh and gorgeous! The only thing odd was that the delivery person apparently simply set the box by her door. She didn't know they were even there till she happened to go out to get the mail. But she was quite excited when she did find them. :o)

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
