I paid way too much for the bouquet that arrived, there were only 3 yellow roses and the rest were filler flowers. It was pretty but for $63.00, I consider it sorry. It was delivered quickly so that was nice

I attempted to use your same-day service to send flowers to my daughter-in-law, who was in labor with my first grandchild. The flowers were NOT delivered, and we were not contacted to tell us there was a problem with the order. The following day, we received a voice mail to call concerning the order. When I returned the call, I was on hold for over 20 minutes. Then, as the customer service representative was trying to assist me, we were cut off, requiring another call. Finally, she assured me that the flowers I had ordered for SATURDAY delivery would be delivered MONDAY BEFORE NOON. While they were delivered on Monday, it was 2:00 p.m. local time before they were delivered. Thankfully, my daughter-in-law has not been discharged yet, so she is actually able to enjoy them.
My flowers didn't look like the original product picture I clicked for purchase. It was supposed to be a arrangement combination of light and a medium pink flowers. Instead there was barely any dark pink it had purple flowers added as well and the shape wasn't as similar as the picture either.
Very friendly website, I live far a way from where I had this sent, and I am very pleased, with the delivery being early, the gift was packaged really well, and looked really good, I couldn't personally see the product, but was given a picture from the person I sent it too, and all was in very good shape. Thank you
I spent 20 minutes on hold as my daughter said she had not received the order then I got hung up on. Then the order came but I paid extra for am delivery which did not happen!
