Wrong product was delivered originally so I called to let the company know right away. They asked me to email them a picture which is so inconvenient but I did anyways. Then they apologized by saying product is subject to change due to supplies, etc. I was very disappointed and emailed them again asking them to deliver the product I ordered because the original product delivered does not differ by a bit, it is completely different product. Finally they delivered a more similar plant the following day. Thank you.

Flowers didn't look like pic but I'm thinking they'll open up and be impressive.
I sent a more detailed email to customer service. There were multiple issues with my order, including it being delivered a day earlier than I had specified, the card message being truncated despite not having reached the word limit when I wrote it, and receiving multiple confused phone calls from ForYou Flowers as well as the more local florist with whom they had outsourced this order. They also tried to re-deliver the order to the recipient despite me clearly telling them multiple times that I did NOT want re-delivery since I did not want to bother the recipient further. This whole re-delivery thing was never discussed with me and is a very pointless policy to have, because re-delivery means they get the same flowers they already got, but have to give back the flowers they already received. After repeated calls to ForYou flowers someone was eventually able to stop the re-delivery from bothering the recipient. Very dissatisfied. Will not use this service again.
A bit smaller than I anticipated, but beautiful. On time delivery. No issues.
Not much same day options under $30 for just a simple pick me up.
