Easy to follow website and good selection of flowers, without being overwhelming. Most important is the delivery by a local florist. However, when my daughter received them there was not one gladiola yet open. Certainly not what was described on your website.I expect they will be nice next week, but not what expected for her event. I will deal directly with a local florist next time I send flowers.

I ordered these flowers three days in advance and request and paid for morning delivery before 12 noon. This was a birthday gift and time sensitive since the receipient of the flowers was leaving town. After 2pm and the flowers were a no-show I called customer service but waited so long I opted for an email which said someone would respond to me within an hour. I never heard back from anyone. So I sent another email. Never heard anything back. I finally waited over 30 minutes on the phone for a customer representative. They finally answered and I found out that the flowers were on the truck out for delivery. They arrived at 5:30pm,5 and a half hours late. My daughter sent me a picture of the flowers and they were the sunflowers but not the special country aluminum container just a boring glass vase. I don't mean to sound childish, and this is the first negative review I have written in years, I just wanted my daughter to have a cheerful morning on her birthday before she left town. This group ruined the opportunity. I will never use or trust them again. Every company can have a bad day but this group failed in all areas of customer service and delivering on what was paid for and ordered.
