Easy shopping, best price, same day friendly delivery
Ordering was the easy part. I have a issue with your customer service. I was notified that the flowers were delivered, I asked REPEATEDLY "Did the driver actually hand off the flowers, and do they know who it was?" You just responded with: your flowers were delivered. I hadn't heard from the recipient, so I was concerned. Finally, after I messaged her, she told me the flowers were handed off to her Physical therapist, who handed them to her. So she thought they were from HER. THIS is why I wanted to know WHO the flowers were handed off to. This will cause me to think twice about ordering from you, if you can't keep me informed. She did love the flowers, reported that they were quite beautiful. So thanks for that.

The website was easy. The delivery was on time. But what mut moon received looked nothing like what I ordered. And now from reading your reviews this is something that happens often. The photo was a nice full planter so well put together. That's not what she got it was owerri dinky and not full at all. Pretty disappointed but my mom said she loved them so that's good. Tho she could be being nice.
I didn't realize they were coming in a box and I would have to arrange them before giving them to my daughter. I thought Mylar balloon would be a floating one not a small one on a stick, definitely not worth $4.99. Flowers were very pretty though
Wasn't aware of additional $14.99 service and handling fee until the end. That should be included or noted up front as I thought the other fees were all that were included.

I chose FromYouFlowers.com to deliver flowers for my wife's birthday, and paid them a fee to have the bouquet delivered by noon. They delivered it at 5:30pm... I paid for a premium bouquet (the best of the three options they included), they brought a poorly-looking basic version. I will now have to fight them for a refund (and waste my time doing so...), but here's a warning to everyone else: STAY AWAY!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
