This order was for my wife on our 30th wedding anniversary. The flowers had some dried out petals that had became a bit Brown.
But but my wife was just happy that I ordered them for her...
The processing order was easy and the flowers are beautiful. However, the processing fee is added on at the very end after everything else is shown as the total. That really increases the price and I wasn't expecting it. I had rather see it in the total. That makes it seems sneaky and I don't like that. I had rather be told up front.

These people are a fraud. Flowers were not deliverd. CHANGE YOUR CREDIT AND OR DEBIT CARD. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I would not give them any stars.

U guys throw on a service charge right at the end. Sneaky
Address area is limited so it was tricky to fit everything in. And I did not request expedited early in day service and it seemed to add it and I had to catch it to remove the extra charge. But otherwise all good.

The plant I ordered was fine, but the delivery method was horrible. This was a gift I was sending to a friend. Though my friend was home, the delivery guy left the plant sitting at the door. He didn't bother to ring the bell and deliver the item. Anyone could have walked by and taken it. That's no way to deliver a gift. I will never use your service again.

One more thing niw that I have seen the delivery. It was beautiful but not what was on the website. What I ordered was a basket with live plants. What was sent was a basket of beautiful cut flowers. Not dissatisfied just not what was on website. And it was prettier than I expected.

Great arrangement. Expedited delivery was within 4 hours as promised. Average price for product and service, which with all flower delivery means expensive, but when it's an important message it's worth every penny!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
