So far so good, we will see how delivery goes. 4pm delivery I think was a bit late

This order was for my wife on our 30th wedding anniversary. The flowers had some dried out petals that had became a bit Brown.
But but my wife was just happy that I ordered them for her...

The processing order was easy and the flowers are beautiful. However, the processing fee is added on at the very end after everything else is shown as the total. That really increases the price and I wasn't expecting it. I had rather see it in the total. That makes it seems sneaky and I don't like that. I had rather be told up front.

These people are a fraud. Flowers were not deliverd. CHANGE YOUR CREDIT AND OR DEBIT CARD. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I would not give them any stars.

If you deliver on time before noon tomorrow my experience will be AWESOME! My son's future depends on it!
Unfortunately, you did not deliver before noon and the young lady almost missed receiving the gift today...however God ensured that it was there RIGHT ON TIME! SO i guess i have to give you guys that!

U guys throw on a service charge right at the end. Sneaky

Address area is limited so it was tricky to fit everything in. And I did not request expedited early in day service and it seemed to add it and I had to catch it to remove the extra charge. But otherwise all good.

The plant I ordered was fine, but the delivery method was horrible. This was a gift I was sending to a friend. Though my friend was home, the delivery guy left the plant sitting at the door. He didn't bother to ring the bell and deliver the item. Anyone could have walked by and taken it. That's no way to deliver a gift. I will never use your service again.

One more thing niw that I have seen the delivery. It was beautiful but not what was on the website. What I ordered was a basket with live plants. What was sent was a basket of beautiful cut flowers. Not dissatisfied just not what was on website. And it was prettier than I expected.

Quick and easy! Basket looked okay. Definitely didn't look like the picture.

Great arrangement. Expedited delivery was within 4 hours as promised. Average price for product and service, which with all flower delivery means expensive, but when it's an important message it's worth every penny!

I like the convenience provided by the site and anticipate that I will do further business subsequent to this transaction.

Web site should mention how the item will be delivered -- by florist or by fedex/ups
