I was satisfied with ordering process and time frame of delivery. But the flowers that was delivered was not fresh, the rose had already opened up fully and the water has started to turn milky. The Sunflower order I placed is not what I received.
So far, so good. I am nervous about the quality of the flowers. My wife loved them. I had thought that I had ordered 2 dozen red roses but when I went back and looked at the order, I realized that she received exactly what I had ordered and the delivery time almost looked like a Jimmy John commercial it was so fast!

I have sent flowers for different occasions, BIRTHDAY, GET WELL, ETC, and have always been told the arrangements have a lovely.The delivery was done on time and the ordering from the website was very easy, plus when you get a $10 off value on the flowers, that's a plus..
A little pricy. Was looking to send individual flowers that the recipient particularly likes, not just bouquets.
Otherwise, though, everything came as expected, on time, and really spectacularly well done. Definitely my choice over other sides (like 1800flowers, almost twice the price for the same thing, and extra for next day delivery)

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
