The first I had placed an order, I got a late email telling me that the flowers were going to arrive the next day after I paid to have them delivered on the same day, then try e following day I gate another late email telling me that they don't have the option that I had paid for and was going to send her flowers of their choice... I wish they would have given me an option to decide or just canceled the whole order. I trying one more time to see if this time it will go well

I ordered a very large candy gift basket and while the recipient did get some candy they also ended up with a large plant. I did not want to send a plant as they do not care for plants. All I wanted was a very large candy basket. I wish I would have been contacted before it was prepared and delivered. The delivery gentleman was great though. He called to tell me he was on his way and that he was very concerned about the weather, so he suggested I reach out to the recipient to make sure they would be quick to grab it from the porch.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
