Everything was fine except bouquet delivered looked a bit different than the picture. Had more carnations and less roses and base was not a glass base

Definitely easy to place order and they were delivery on the date and early so that was really nice. She loved them that is all that matters.
The first I had placed an order, I got a late email telling me that the flowers were going to arrive the next day after I paid to have them delivered on the same day, then try e following day I gate another late email telling me that they don't have the option that I had paid for and was going to send her flowers of their choice... I wish they would have given me an option to decide or just canceled the whole order. I trying one more time to see if this time it will go well

They attempted to deliver too Early in the morning but were able to come back out.
The flowers are great. Delivery time was good.
I ordered a very large candy gift basket and while the recipient did get some candy they also ended up with a large plant. I did not want to send a plant as they do not care for plants. All I wanted was a very large candy basket. I wish I would have been contacted before it was prepared and delivered. The delivery gentleman was great though. He called to tell me he was on his way and that he was very concerned about the weather, so he suggested I reach out to the recipient to make sure they would be quick to grab it from the porch.

Well the plant was a sympathy and was delivered a day late. But truthfully that was ok. They loved the plant and I am happy.
