Flowers were not delivered on the correct day due to "no doorman" at resident. Flowers came the next day to a different address that I had to change it to. The flowers looked horrible and old. And small. For the price. A new arrangement should have been made so they were at least fresh on the actual delivery day. Highly disappointed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
