Your website is easy to navigate and prices seem reasonable for the merchandise. The dozen "Rainbow Roses" bouquet was sent as a sympathy gift. My daughter said the flowers were beautiful and they smelled fantastic! We created one of your "face vases" and added some encouraging words on the photo. With your step-by-step instructions, it was easier to do than I thought it would be! She said it turned out really cool! Your vase idea is VERY creative and adds a very personal touch to the gift. The ONLY complaint I have is that I did not see anything about the additional $14.99 service/handling fee at anytime before I went to checkout. Thank you for allowing me to send feedback. God bless!
The only glitch was that we received day lillies but ordered calla lilies.

I had a problem with your discount code which is barely a discount and then when I proceed to check out I see that I am charged an additional $30 for service and handling (hidden fees)! Plus taxes. You need to be more straightforward with your pricing and details.

After I saw what was sent, I.Was.Furious! I paid a total of $62+ for 7 flowers! (1 Rosebud, 1 Lilly and 5 Gerber Daisies.) That is completely ridiculous! I sent it for a housewarming gift and it was so small, it ended up on a small shelf to make it look more substantial. I was very disappointed!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
