The ordering was no problem, the product however when delivered was poor quality! So small, nothing like the photo that was shown when I purchased it. They were delivered no problem, its all the quality and for the price I paid for them it was a HUGE LET DOWN! I was embarrassed to have sent something so cheap, it looked like I paid $20 for it. I was so upset that I called your company this morning and spoke with a "Ray", who didn't speak English well, and he was of no use to me, he didn't help me out at all and even told me he couldn't find that I had ordered from you. You took my credit card money with no problem but yet cant find my order. I will never purchase from your company again and will tell all the people I know to stay away from your business, very poor quality at an expensive price. Sandi Guzman

The bouquet that i chose and the one that was delivered to the client did not quite match up and seemed like it should have been cheaper than the $69 purchase price. I was in a time crunch so couldn't 'shop around' but i will next time.
I loved every thing about fromyouflowers. The ordering was quick and easy. The price was great. My mom recived her birthday flowers 14hrs after I I ordered them. It was fast and amazing. My mom is 77 yrs old and lives in NJ and I am in MO. She called me crying and said "thank you the flowers are beautiful and so bright and colorful. Will bring me happiness for many day. Great. Although I placed an order a couple of weeks ago and never received an email stating the flowers were delivered to the church for the funeral service or that they were ever delivered.

The flowers were fresh and beautifully arranged. It arrived looking very much like the product advertised on the website and that very same day. I will definitely be purchasing from here again!
Not sure why I was to have free shipping/service charge but got charged $2.99 for it. Also that area required a charge of $34.99. I was trying to purchase flowers for $29.99 plus balloon of $5.00 which took it to $34.99 but it won't let me move forward. I won't order again if I'm expected to pay $14.99 for delivery...that's way too high of a fee.
Never expected to only receive about 1/2 a dozen flowers for $42. Plus it was to be fall arrangement. I dont think purple and orange are really fall colors (orange is but not expect to be with purple). I expected sunflowers/yellow or orange/red to be fall colors. Disappointed! Should never have gone with designers choice. They need a new designer.
I've used this website twice and have not had a bad experience either time. Flowers are delivered when they say they will be and both times the recepient mentioned they were beautiful.
Easy to order no problems as long as the flowers are beautiful I will recommend you every time.
Flowers arrived for my mom but she wasn't home at the time and they took the liberty of placing them in the garage, so she would see them when she got home. It was very windy out so it protected the flowers and the balloon. The only thing is I thought they would check that she is home before they delivered. My mom said that the flowers were beautiful, that's all I can ask for. Very pleased!
Easy, quick and nice site
Shopping experience was nice and easy. Products were beautiful and well priced. Was not happy about three separate delivery charges on an order going to one address. Ordered three bouquets and was charged $14.99 delivery fee for each bouquet! Thought that was a little outrageous.
I was a little disappointed in the size I picked deluxe and expected it to be much bigger for the extra money. Also I did not see the yellow flowers that was on the picture the other plants were in there. Thanks Mrs. Jordan

I order 2 items on the same order to 2 different people but didn't receive confirmation that they both had been delivered. I had to email several times before I felt assured that both my orders were received. It made me a little nervous about that.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
