We sent flowers as a gift. It arrived one day early for her birthday but she was very pleased. I guess the people that delivered the flowers didn't have time to deliver on the appointed date. In hindsight I guess it worked out ok.

I still feel like there should be more options for a specific delivery time and date, but overall I was very pleased with the service rendered. I ordered my flowers just two days ahead of the date and they were on time and in wonderful condition. For this purchase, I am pretty satisfied. Easily an 8/10.
What was especially impressive to me was that the flowers were left outside the door in a discreet location in a box. Made it hard to see and very unlikely that someone would nab it. In fact the people I delivered the flowers to didn't get home for several hours and when they did, they didn't even realize the flowers were outside. I am extremely happy about this.
