Flowers were never delivered the day they were supposed to be. After 3 calls it was finally confirmed the florist never got the order. They placed the order with a different florist and had them delivered a day later.

I liked the website easy to use. I wish you had more free shipping & handling offers. The reason I don't order flowers as often as i wouldime to is because of the added cost of S&H, taxes, etc...
Otherwise it's a great service.

The online ordering was pretty quick & easy. I ordered after 5pm on Thursday and the flowers arrived before 2pm Friday! I ordered the midsize bouquet and it turned out very pretty. I was expecting a bit of a larger bouquet, so I'm glad I got the mid sized instead of the small. It was a bit pricey, over $50, for the arrangement I chose (Orange roses and lilies and gerber daisies) but I'm overall pretty happy since it was delivered so quickly. I'll definitely use this service again.

I ordered a fall arrangement and the order that was delivered was nothing like the picture I picked out. Very disappointing because it was specific for the birthday girl receiving the flowers.

Delivery fee is outrageous--more than 1/2 the cost of the arrangement. Also, it appears the arrangement wasn't received unt6il the "next day" even though same day delivery was requested. I am not certain about the delivery date because I didn't want to come right out and ask the recipient, but received an e-mail from her the next day so I am assuming that's when they were delivered.

The flowers I ordered were supposed to be lavender, the roses are pink, none of the lilies are open and the bouquet is very small. I paid $60 for the deluxe arrangement but the arrangement delivered to my sister was very small. Very disappointed with the price I paid.
