Would have liked to have known about the shipping and handling charge before entering my payment info. That was what I reviewed on before the flowers were delivered. Now I am I was extremely satisfied. I bought get well flowers to be delivered to my mom the day after my order and when they were being delivered no one answered the door. So, Fromyouflowers called me and let me know. I told them I would call and see and a few hours later I found out my mom was taken to the hospital. I called Fromyouflowers and was able to change where they were going to be delivered and they got there the next day! Thank you so much...I will be using fromyouflowers.com again!
I could not answer this question the first time since it was the first time I used this site and I did not see the person I send it to till several days later. I was told by the lady that I send the flowers to that she did receive them and she was very please with the arrangement. I just talk to this lady again today because she had received the balloons, candy and flowers that I send her today for her birthday and again she was very please with everything. The delivery time was excellent!
The bouquet I ordered was the premium which I believe is the largest one you guys off, after the flowers were received they weren't as pictured online. But thank you for the service.

Only thing I have an issue is that there was no "instruction" box for the delivery, I have a complicated gate system so I was looking for that to make the delivery easier

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
