I purchase the same bouquet every year. The service and product have always been good. The product and service this year were equally satisfying. The recipient was pleased with the product, and I (as the purchaser) was pleased with the delivery/customer service.

Earlier notice that the delivery was going to take place on the day agreed upon.
I paid to have the flowers delivered before noon and although they were delivered on the correct day (Sunday), they did not arrive until after noon. I specifically ordered them for delivery at that time so that I could ensure that my daughters were at home to receive them. However, when I called FromYouFlowers, they were able to credit back the expedited delivery fee on my orders and were able to let me know that the flowers were indeed out for delivery. I would recommend that (especially for Sunday delivery) that there be a mechanism in your system, or a disclaimer that indicates the possibility that an order placed by a specific time (in my case, I ordered at 5pm on a Saturday and was so excited that there was a possibility that a florist could deliver them by Sunday) would most likely not be received in time to be able to have a noon delivery.
Also, I don't understand why the only way that you can 'track' an order is by calling and you don't get an order confirmation email...you have to remember or know to print out your order confirmation when you process your order.
On a positive note, the flowers were delivered on the assigned day (but later in the afternoon) and I did receive a photo of one order and they looked like what I ordered online, so that was great!

Confirmed for delivery on Sunday, Nov 6 and received a phone call that they would not be able to deliver on this day although I paid extra for the same day delivery. I understand the reasoning behind this, but it was a major inconvenience because I had to change the delivery address.
The mobile site was SO EASY to use.
Same day service was unavailable, but I was offered an upgrade for the next day.
There were a lot of extra fees once I got to the Review Page. I wish you told me up front there was going to be Service Fees & Same Day fees.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered flowers from the same day delivery group of flowers for same day delivery at about 1:00 PM Friday afternoon 11/4 and it said if order placed by 3 PM would be delivered that day. After placing my order and paying extra for same day delivery I received a message about 4:30 saying that they could not find a florist to do the delivery. I find that hard to believe, since it is Baltimore Maryland. Lots of Florists there. I had to call them back and waited 25 minutes for someone to pick up the call. However they promised to get it delivered next morning and would upgrade my arrangement. I arrived at Hospital at 2:30 PM on Saturday and still no flowers. I called and spoke to Louis who was VERY nice, however again a 25 minutes wait on the phone to be told they were on the truck for delivery. But were not delivered in morning. He did tell me they were going to refund my card the extra for same day delivery AND send me a $15.00 Gift Card for future use. --- When they finally arrived after 3:30, there were extremely small for what I paid and for being upgraded. I am not sure I would use your company again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
