I have yet to see the flower arrangement...but the choices were lovely and the site easy to use. Would be nice to be able to attach a note to the florest filling the order to provide additional information.

I sent as a gift so I didn't get to see the actual arrangement. The only suggestion I would make is that the site should tell us what size we are seeing in the photograph-standard, deluxe, or premium. I had to call to confirm what I was actually looking at.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
