Handling fee is excessive, worst experience from beginning to end. I will never reccommend or purchase from you again. Product was inferior and not as described, not even close! Total rip off. I was embarrased that my friend received it, eventually!

The order that was supposed to be delivered on the 16th didn't get delivered until I called and asked why it hadn't. My mom got them finally at 7:30. She loved the flowers and was very happy.

I have yet to see the flower arrangement...but the choices were lovely and the site easy to use. Would be nice to be able to attach a note to the florest filling the order to provide additional information.
Just saw the flowers ordered online in OR and delivered to CA and was quite pleased. I will definitely use your service again.

I sent as a gift so I didn't get to see the actual arrangement. The only suggestion I would make is that the site should tell us what size we are seeing in the photograph-standard, deluxe, or premium. I had to call to confirm what I was actually looking at.
