The flowers my friend received were NOTHING like the photo I ordered from. I was totally embarrassed by the flowers she received. I would NEVER order flowers from "fromyouflowers.com". The florist who actually delivered the flowers recommended calling a local florist rather than ordering from an online company. Many of the online flower companies are "scams" according to this florist.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
