I would like to have information regarding all the charges, including delivery, upfront -- before I go to all the work of typing in delivery and payment information. It is difficult to compare the flowers, pricing, delivery, etc. without all of the information available prior to checkout. That being said, the flowers were delivered on time and I saw a picture and they were lovely.

Easy enough to order. I cant answer the second two questions honestly until the product is delivered and the recipiant is happy. Okay I am very satisfid with the product and service.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
