So I ordered flowers 9:00am on nov 22 and the first flower service said they were delivered but never got them. So now I missed the wife's birthday flowers. Had to call three different times before finally from you flowers decided they could not get ahold of the first flower store so they would use a different one. Thanks goodness the new one was awsome deliver on time and early. What a horrible experience! Will never order flowers online again. Call a local flower store next time.

I ordered a specific arrangement and the arrangement that was received was totally different. When looking on line and placing an order you choose a specific color or flower type and the arrangement that was delivered was different flowers and different colors. I understand that a florist might not have the stock to make the exact bouquet but they should get close or refund the money paid as the product ordered was not the product delivered.

So far so good, depends on what my recipient receives.
Update: I ordered the deluxe abundant gourmet and fruit basket. It did include banana, pineapple, apples and grapes but the grapes were not as many/full as shown. There was no mustard or jam or cheese and it appears these items should have been included. No popcorn or popcorn substitute. I don't think mini Oreo cookies are quite gourmet either. It almost seems my recipient received the "regular" basket instead of the "deluxe" basket. I am disappointed. I ordered because the reviews were so good, but I would think twice before ordering again I am sad to say.
