As a new customer and from overseas it was a long process, but overall, no problem.
You advertise your product as being discounted yet you offer an additional discount. From my understanding when you place your order the additional discount is the same as your original discount. This was very disheartening.

I wanted the flowers arranged and in a jar. Not in a box. I called your office to verify that it would not be delivered in a box, I was assured that it would not be. Lies.
Horrible experience and lied to the customer.
I provided the correct address and then I received an email to my work email address, stating that the address was incorrect. So, I had to spend about 15-30 minutes contacting you guys, to make sure you entered the correct address. Then I was told, that they have it and will deliver today. I had a meeting this morning and had to spend time dealing with this issue.

Excited to see what the flowers will look like. Well, for 55$. It was basically a bunch of yellow and white daisies, with one snapdragon and some blue dyed flowers. I have seen prettier bouquets at the grocery store. I had ordered the florists pick surprise? Hoping to help a florist use what they had in stock. I just expected something nicer I guess.
Also at the end of the lengthy checkout process, they tack on extra charges, like same day service and expedited service. Beware

These flowers were for my best friend and her husband who just lost his father-in-law. They were so incredibly touched by the custom vase, and the flowers were perfect and worth every penny.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
