Great service! Although the order was not complete (I never received the box of chocolates I ordered), I notified the company and received a call from a representative a few hours later. They have refunded the funds for the missing items and have went above and beyond to rectify the situation.
I'm a little disappointed that the final product delivered was not closer to the representation of what I picked to be delivered.

The final flower cake was great! I wasn't planning on spending that much but I knew it would make my Grandma's Birthday special! The special handling fee wasn't clearly listed until checkout and was short on time and didn't want to start over to find something less expensive. I was very happy with the delivery time and how happy the flowers made my Grandma :)
