Zip code access was an issue. The flowers were substituted with mums... and looked more like the standard vs the deluxe that I paid for.

The ONLY problem I've ever had is one same day bouquet showed up looking like Spring colors when I ordered a Fall bouquet. With the amount of purchases I make, I'd like some kind of discount for any future purchases.

I did not see anything on the service and handling for each plant until the end after had put in information and even the ones going to the same address were charged separately. Did not enjoy finding this out, but this was my option. May use again depending on the service afterwards and looking into other options on delivery.
Also, once I received, the lady who delivered said they would bring a new plant Friday morning, due to the colors I ordered were not provided and they were for a wedding. She told me to keep the ones I had, but they would deliver an orange one in the morning. This was not received.
