The flowers that were received did not look at all like the photo online. One of the rose stems was broken so it was hanging out of the arrangement and looked terrible. The overall arrangement looked cheap and I was embarrassed to see it when I visited the person I sent it to.
I was pleasantly surprised to see the flowers looked even better than they did online. Also pleasantly surprised that the teddy bear looked much better than it did online.

The flowers my mom received looked nothing like the flowers I fad picked out on online. I also picked out a balloon that said Congratulations, and it didn't even come with that. Terrible service and a huge waste of money. I will never use this again.
I have to say, the delivered product did not look anywhere near as nice as the picture on-line. I do not feel it was anywhere near worth the $64.78 I was charged. Perhaps you could make the price of the product that you list presently on-line (include shipping&handling&tax)...otherwise it adds another $20 to the cost. My local florist charges $5.00 for delivery & there is no "handling" charge.(I just got his flyer today"Consentino's Florist" Auburn, NY) Since each product sold on-line is actually arraigned by the "local" florist&delivered locally, why is delivery 3 times as much. Perhaps cut the S&H to $4.99 and you would have many more sales! I sent 3 arrangements out, but the high extra fees kept me from sending to the 2 other people on my list..
The item was a sympathy arrangement for a funeral home. The photo showed white flowers. What arrived was orange and yellow. Totally inappropriate! Very disappointing.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
