Ordering was easy, I got an email saying my order had been delivered and the recipients hadn't received it. The only thing I didn't like was that when I called I had to way 20 minutes for a customer service representative but the representative was very nice and resolved the problem. Out call got disconnected and she called back right away. Thank you!
The flower arrangement is nice and the best price I found on the internet, but the card is spelled wrong and has a random number 7 on it. This kind of defeats the whole purpose of writing a message if the recipients name is going to be spelled wrong!
I would really like it if you would put a nice red ribbon around the white basket. One of the other florists had their plant with such a ribbon and it really set off the white basket. If I isn't too much trouble? And thanks.

I've used your site several times and the people who receive the flowers love them.
A complete disaster. I would not recommend this "florist" to anyone. Delivered flowers a day early 12/21 and left them outside. Sent me an email on 12/21 saying my flowers WERE delivered on 12/22. What? I spent 30 minutes on hold waiting to talk to customer service. Emailed them and was e-mailed back that they would redeliver on the correct day 12/22. They asked me what time would be convenient and I emailed them back and said "any time after 11 am". They did NOT redeliver. I emailed them again and got "sorry". Major screw up. Really not worth the aggravation, there are way too many choices for florists out there. They "gave" me a partial refund, but that really does not make up for the mess they created. There faulty customer service should be ashamed.
Shipping is usually outrageous and I choose not to send flowers anymore, however, your price was not too bad.

Easy to use but hard to pick a bouquet. They're all so pretty :) My only complaint is that I ordered the premium, the highest priced bouquet and it was not as full and pretty as I thought it would be. :(
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
