Gave me free delivery because I did not know the amount and so did not order. I had locked in 20% discount and then got e mail from you about free delivery but no 20% discount. The flowers were ordered before 3 on Dec. 23 rd and were not delivered until Dec. 25th. In future I would call a local florist and talk directly to them. I did not realize this was not a MI florist but a middle person. Thank you!
I thought when you ahead of time you the expected delivery would be earlier on the date you select. It deliver on the date requested but I thought by being an order earlier by three weeks would have placed my order in the morning. The recipient had to wait the entire day before she could move on the next thing to do.

My sister called to say the flowers had arrived today and she was very pleased with them. I was sorry that they were not delivered on Saturday as I had requested, but do understand that circumstances can not be helped and I am assuming that the cost for the early delivery will be credit back to my credit card.

I had quite a few problems with your website. Actually took me 3 times to get this order right. It was not giving me the discount, however, third time a charm. Since your company was rated so high was I persisted and did not go to another company. I'm hoping the flowers will turn out fine.
UPDATE: The flowers arrived on time as promised. Very happy with that. However, from the picture I was sent, the flowers were to have been in a basket and were not. That was disappointing as on your site you were given the option of what you wanted the flowers in. A basket was what I requested and would have looked much better.
I was EXTREMELY disappointed with your service and will NEVER order from you again. We ordered a Christmas centerpiece for an out of town relative. We visited for Christmas and saw a small centerpiece on the table that I thought was a toy. It was on a green styrofoam base that was about 4 inches wide. It looked like someone had started creating the centerpiece, but never finished it. The base was exposed and there were 2 dead roses, 3 dead carnations and a few sprigs of greenery. It was NOT a 39.99 floral display. The relative said that someone called to say she had a delivery. She wasn't home and the delivery person told her they left it on the porch. She said when she got home, the flowers were sitting on the porch in 30 degree weather. The flowers were not in a box and they weren't even protected with any kind of paper or plastic wrap. They were out in the cold for several hours. This was not what I paid for! I wish I could take a picture and forward it to you so that you will see that I'm not exaggerating. This so called arrangement looked like something I could have picked up at any dollar store. I was definitely duped and whoever you used as a vendor definitely have cost you any further business with me and my family. I'm very angry because the person this was meant for has gone through much this year and it was our hope that this centerpiece would brighten her day. Instead, she ended up disappointed and we looked like cheap, lazy, uncaring relatives!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
