This was my first purchase and it was a gift, so I didn't get to compare them to what I ordered. The person that received them said they were beautiful, she said they came wrapped like when you buy them at the store but the vase I purchased-was separate. Had I know they were going to not be in a vase I would not have purchased it, but overall I think it was a good experience and will order from you again.
I sent this arrangement as a gift. Although the receiver was appreciative and said she really liked the flowers, I asked her to send a picture. The flowers appeared droopy already the next day and she did say that she had taken out most of the greenery to try to to give the flowers more room. I asked her if the blooms looked good when she received it, and she reluctantly said they lilies looked a little beat up and one had a broken petal.
Quick and friendly.mistake with phone # and I was called and emailed quickly to resolve. Wanted white lilies like picture.lilies were pink.
It was frustrating to have the delivery date of my order changed twice. In this case it worked out ok. However, if I really needed same day delivery, I would have been extremely upset to have such a long delay. For this reason, I doubt I would order fro you again.
So far everything has gone smoothly.

I thought you're prices were very reasonable compared to others. $14.99 seemed a bit over the top for same day delivery though.
The initial experience was fine. I ordered in the morning and paid for same day delivery for a birthday. I received an email after 5pm stating that they were unable to complete the delivery and would be delivered ASAP the next day. They were going to refund the same day cost. Later that evening, I received another email to let me know that the florist didn't have what I ordered and asking for my permission to substitute which I gave. The next day, the delivery was made but not until late afternoon... The day after my friend's birthday.
I satisfied with order, and processing.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
