The flowers weren't a beautiful in person as shown in the picture. If florists are not able to adequately duplicate the pictures, a notation should be on the site, or the florist should not accept the order.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
