After my daughter received her flowers she sent me a picture. The flowers she received were very pretty but were nothing like i had ordered.

FRUSTRATING! Ordering on-line was challenging. The wrapped flowers were beautiful but some of the leaves were wilted as the stems had not been wrapped in a watering device. After trimming and putting them in my own vase of water they looked much better. The first order did say I could order a vase but chose not too as that was an extra charge. Another order did not show the cost of the basket until I checked out. Perhaps because I was using this service for the first time I found it more complex than ordering through Amazon. Yes, I'll most likely use this service in the future as they do give you credit for your next order. This company also offered to send flowers for the requested date after the first order came too early. So, they do back their product.
Easy site to use and appreciate the free delivery. The arrangement however did not look like the photo. They used darker flowers and they were not real fresh. Overall not as cheery as I wanted for my friend that had surgery.

Good price, great delivery time. I was disappointed in the flowers. I could have chosen a bouquet that i was able to see online but florist choice said it was best value. I thought i would get something nicer than the pictured items. I did not like the arrangement at all, flowers looked like they were the flowers they were going to get rid of and threw them together. I would probably order again but will not pick florist choice ever again, i would chose flower arrangement pictured.

Lovely choice of bouquet for the price. I chose the florist design bouquet and got a few high end flowers such as yellow roses :)

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
