They didn't deliver the flowers I ordered couldn't even remember to add the balloon. And all you get is a I'm sorry and I'll refund you 5.00 for the balloon. That doesn't change the fact you charged me for the flowers I ordered and the flowers you sent where a complete disappointment. Not even close to the picture I ordered on your website. Do not use this company ever!

The person receiving the flowers was very happy. The flowers were well protected from the weather, in a box wrapped in plastic. Since it had snowed & temperature dropping drastically it was greatly appreciated.

On 2/23/17 I ordered a peace lilly for a friend's mom's wake. It got there in time and it was lovely, but there was no name or message on it so they had no idea who sent it! The name of the florist was on it so they called and were given my name. That is not acceptable. What happened to our sympathy message and the names of persons who contributed?
That is the second time I have had a problem with your service. I am not satisified with the service, though the quality of the flowers/plants are nice.
This was the third time I ordered flowers in the past couple of months. When I had a problem last time with the recipient not getting the delivery, it was re-sent at no extra charge. I was happy it was resolved timely, so I have just used your services again. I am disappointed I cannot trust the florists you use to get the job done correctly.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
