Had a little difficulty deleting one item but hopefully it all works out ok. Don't usually shop on line but live in Mi and buying for daughter in AZ. The roses were not as vibrant of a pink as the picture indicated but they added extra greenery and some purple to it and it was simple beautiful.

I ordered 2 different flower baskets to be delivered to the same address and I was charged 2 delivery fees of $14.99 each. When I called the website to ask why they are charging 2 delivery fees, they told me because the baskets were different the order went to different flower shops to get arranged and delivered. The baskets were one from me and one from my sister, what was I suppose to do, order the same identical baskets to pay for one delivery? I also paid $2.99ea extra for same day delivery (befor 3:00pm orders) then was e-mailed saying they're sorry but can't deliver that day and will do next day and will return my $2.99 ea fee. So over all not so happy about this on line order.

There was a wide selection as to what is allowed for delivery, it arrived at the time that was stated. The recipient was very pleased, so pleased that she didn't want to open it!. I will defiantly order from your company again.
The only down side is that while it looked to be on sale and was marked as such, it seemed that by the time we got to the check out it was double the price. The expreience in generala nd the delivery and the product was great

Very easy to navigate website/ flowers were not delivered same day as stated, but received email that I would be refunded same day delivery charge that evening. I paid for premium bouquet, but does not appear to be any better than what was pictured as basic. Ordered a "congratulations" balloon and it actually says "you're so special"

My cousin sent me a photo of the flowers and they looked nothing like what I ordered! The vase was plain and not purple like the one in the photo and the arrangement looked like a toddler put it together! When I asked her about the flowers, she said they were nice...not terrible! I was expecting a reply of "they're beautiful"! I think she was being kind to say they were nice! My cousin provides beautiful flower arrangements for my mother's grave throughout the year and I wanted to reciprocate the same while she is healing from a surgery. Very dissatisfied with my purchase!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
