I ordered a small arrangement with vase to be delivered the same day. The price of the flowers was comparable to other on-line flower delivery companies that I checked. There were a few items for under $24, including a florists choice. The remaining items seemed to be around $30 and up. After buying a $30 something arrangement, I was very surprised when I got to the last page, that there was an additional $17 charge, after paying only $2 something for delivery charge.So this took the total to $50 for a very small arrangement. The delivery driver called when she couldn't find the address, but she was very nice, and did find it on her own. It arrived the same day, only about 4 hours after placing order. The problem was, many of the flowers were already dying. I contacted the company and they said another arrangement would-be sent the next day,which they did. This arrangement was very fresh,and I believe they added to it. They requested I take a photo of the first arrangement, which I did and sent to them. But they were nice enough to send the replacement arrangement before they received the photo.
The flowers delivered to my grieving girlfriend. Who had lost her Mother the night before! Did not have half the flowers that the picture showed on line. Needless to say I was quite disappointed!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
