The flowers were by far not the size that was being advertised on website. This is very disappointing.

The delivery surcharge is a joke and was not appropriately communicated. I shipped to the same address and you charge me twice. You wouldn't accept voucher codes although those are advertised on voucher websites.

Package looked nothing like the picture shown online and had less stuff and not the same candy (which is what I ordered for her. I just wish I wouldn't known, especially since I paid $50 for the package and i truthfully think I overpaid, I really love the idea of the site but I can't get on board with absurd prices.

I had to start over twice and never was able to get the same price I was originally quoted. Frustrating.

The arrangement my friend received was much smaller and more scant than the DELUXE version we paid for and the purple wades were past peak when delivered and died 3 days after receipt.

Let down

I sent flowers to my mom@ the Hosptial & they never delivered them. I ordered it at 1030 am. Got to the *******@430 and NO FLOWERS. SO I finally *******@630 pm. And they couldn't do anything because he florist was closed. Gee thanks. Terrible COMPANY. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!
I wish I could give 0 STARS!

Excellent choices, easy online ordering. The flowers were for my Aunt in Troy. Her son passed away suddenly on Friday 3/10/17 from a massive heart attack and my sister, mother and I wanted to send Aunt Barbara something special. She sent a picture of the arrangement and you ABSOLUTELY outdid yourself. It was beautiful and exactly what we wanted her to get. I chose the middle price to make sure it was nice and it was much, much more then just nice and the price was very reasonable. Thank you so much.

I wish each descritption had a better description of size choices. Was offered 3 stuffed bear options but there was nothing telling me what size any of the bears was...in get well children's sections. Other then that I loved the site
