Final cost should be shown earlier in the process, instead of putting the customer through all the steps, only to find out how expensive delivery is. In my case, delivery cost almost as much as the flowers.

The cost was reasonable and I was grateful for same day delivery. The recipient of my flowers said they had fallen over and out of th case because the person that delivered them did not wait for the door to be answered. When they answered the door the delivery person point to the ground and walked off. I was very disappointed by this and for that reason I don't think I'd order from them again.
Placed my order 15 minutes prior to cut off for same day delivery, and received an email stating that my flowers were NOT delivered that day but will be delivered the next day before 6 pm. It also stated that the $3 fee for same day delivery would be credited back to me.
Well isn't that just lovely? If you can't deliver them the same day, then don't lead me to believe you can so I can pursue other options.

Great except for delivery
The recipient was happy to receive the bouquet.
It was one of those last minute changes and stress had taken over. Funeral trip was cancelled due to circumstances. Flowers were ordered and delivered on the same day with few minutes to spare and the day was saved.
Really did not see a discount as advertised.

Bouquet didn't look just like the photo online...The photo was much fuller.
Not happy with the $15 'handling fee' that all of a sudden was added.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
