This company is the worst! I ordered two arrangements for my Aunt's service 4 days before the service. They emailed me the morning of the service telling me they were not able to find a florist to fill my order. The bleeding heart arrangement they did send of the two was made with artificial/cheap flowers with a few real roses in the middle. The arrangement looked nothing like the picture on the site. I tried calling several times and could not get thru due to long wait times. My total order was over $450. What a disappointment. While I received an email notifying me othe refund for the arrangement they did not do, I would have preferred a more timely notification so that I coulda have selected another florist. Horrible experience!

First of all, I was having trouble with the website not accepting discount codes that I wanted to enter. Secondly, there are too many fees added on that are not disclosed in the beginning. Is the$2.99 same day delivery fee needed if we'e anyway paying the $4.99 4 hour delivery fee? Then there is a $14.99 fee added on to that? Too many fees and no way to remove them. Then when I put in the Pay pal information it asked for ship to information. Somehow the DELIVER to name became my name. So I sent an email right away to make sure that is changed, but the response can take 4 hours which means the flowers may already be delivered. Not satisfied with the web shopping experience
Pretty expensive. Hidden fees, thought I was only paying about $30 then checked out and it was almost $50

I tried to use PayPal 3x and it would log in and then pass me back to store without any acknowledgement of what it was doing. I would guess I was charged 3x and ultimately had to use my credit card to process the order (same one on PayPal) when shopping online this type of experience is what ruins it for someone to trust and come back. If there wasn't a death in the family and I needed service fast I would have definitely gone elsewhere.
One the flowers showed up the arrangement looked nothing like the photo. Very skimpy & didn't look professionally done at all. Looked like a $5 arrangement from a supermarket that I ended up paying $50 for.
Normally you get an arrangement that looks exactly like the photo not here TRUE BAIT & SWITCH! Never again!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
