The flowers were delivered on time and were lovely.
Good web site and allows for review of sale prior to pushing the buy button. Just a bit disappointed because the picture of the arrangement had some yellow roses and the arrangement sent didn't. But it was otherwise nicely done.
Sent the arrangement in the smiley face mug to cheer up my sister. It did the trick. She has many beautiful vases-so this was even funnier.

I used this business for the first time and it will be the last too.
I sent flowers for my daughter and shortly after I went to visit her. I noticed a bunch of welded roses on her table and she told me that's the way they looked when she received them. She just didn't tell me about it.
At first had problems but was fixed Now they are the only Florist I use

The item was advertised for $31.99 and stated that there was same day delivery. I was charged $33.99 and in order for there to be same day delivery I was charged $2.99 after I chose the date. I will most likely not use this cite again due to be over charged and all the extra fees including $14.99 service/handling fee charge at checkout. Also, the delivery person left the information that showed the price of the gift on the item.

I allowed my son to use my debit card to purchase flowers for his girlfriend's birthday. My card was debited $68.15 early morning, but flowers were never delivered because they couldn't verify he had permission to use my card. Now it will be 5 business days before I get my money back. They never once called me to verify. When I called to question this I spoke with Allysa, who was less than a professional. She was extremely rude and was aggressive in your tone. She spoke to me as I had done something wrong. While I understand and appreciate the need to verify permission. They should not have ever charged my card until permission was received. They never called my son to follow up. They just simply cancelled the order, while keeping my money for a week.

I like your options. If the gift received is as advertised you will be 5 stars with me. As I said previously I was open to giving a 5 star rating if the product was equal to the order process. I have to say that I am very disappointed in the product. It looks to be about a third of the size of the gift shown in your picture.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
