This is my second time ordering and both experiences have been sub standard. The delivery person did not delivery to my apartment and the flowers were very old. Most of the peddles from the roses were falling off. I will be looking elsewhere for future orders.
Easy to order on mobile but was not thrilled to see a separate $14.99 delivery charge pop up at the end and I almost didn't order until I got an email saying that I would get free delivery if I purchased the arrangement I'd left in my shopping cart. Wish that would've been more visible from the get-go.

I sent the flowers to my sister for Easter and she received them on the day I had requested. She sent me a picture and they were as pretty as I expected. Thank you. Definitely will order again!
It was ok at best the flowers were not what I expected they were for my wife for our 5 th anniversary so the boquet I picked had 5 roses so I was really excited. I completely understand the 3 different options on the flowers then seeing that the one shown was the middle option i picked that because the flowers pictured were beautiful so I went with those. Next I picked no card because I wanted to surprise her it has you put in who you is receiving the flowers so I put my wife's name in and it said if it is a gift use your number so I did anyway the flowers show up looking like something I could have done at Wal-Mart for $10 first of all there is a card in the flowers with her name on it spelled wrong mind you with my phone number (real anonymous) and a card that reads " no message on card" awesome good job guys then the flowers looked terrible the giant purple flowers aren't even bloomed the bouquet is over ran by green filler which is barely visible in the picture online I have pictures of the flowers and card I took if you would like to see them and I will gladly send them this was a terrible first experience buying flowers online
