Order was delivered on the wrong day - one day after I placed the order instead of the 12th. I spent a good 45 min on the phone with the florist, you and back to the florist. Order was for grandson- fortunately daughter intercepted the order and hid the bear til the correct day. A fresh balloon was delivered on the 12th as requested. Except for this snafu everything was fine

My sympathy dish garden was delivered on time. Unfortunately, my dish garden was not in a dish at all but in a basket. I was assured by FromYouFlowers that if the florist needed to make a substitution that I would be contacted and if I didn't approve of the substitution, another florist would be found. I never received a call and only saw the final product because my son texted me a pic; if I wanted a basket, I would have ordered it! Plants looked fresh and various but looked lost in the basket and certainly not worth the premium price.
Also the printing on the card looked like it was written by a young child--hardly fitting to convey the heartfelt condolences to my daughter-in-law. FromYouFlowers was fine in taking my order but the filling of the order through its partnering florists definitely needs oversight!
I understand you try to make the bouquet as similar as the picture but the one received was quiet different. Much less colorful. I ordered the European Floral Garden and on the website looks amazing.

I am beyond embarrassed of the result of the flowers I received. I thought I was getting this full beautiful purple bouquet with a cool square clear glass vase. Instead I got this pathetic excuse for crappy white 2$ vase, no filler flowers, and skinny dry roses. It's not even a full bouquet. I feel insulted that I only received a 20% refund. A wapping $10 refund for an expensive $60 bouquet that looks like a child put it together with wilted roses. The flower shop should be embarrassed for letting that leave their store.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
