It wasn't what I expected. The flower arrangement was way much smaller than what I saw on the web. I paid 64.99 and it look more like a $25 dll. Arrangement. I would never buy flower on line again.

The flowers didn't look anything like in the photo of the flower arrangement I chose. I was disappointed. Not to mention I went with the middle selection thinking it would have more flowers but it looked very cheap. I would have been better to go to Publixs and made it myself:-(

My mother loved the flowers.
I ordered three arrangements for Easter. Two arrived fine, looking like the pictures and the description. The other arrived without the appropriate vase which was the reason I picked out this arrangement. I called customer service and the only thing they could do was to pick up the flowers and deliver what I had ordered on Monday. I ordered flowers for Easter not the Monday after. I have never had an issue with this company, but I am very disappointed
Thank you for delivering my gift on time. But the reason I gave you 4 stars is because what was in the basket wasn't the same like in the picture. In the picture I saw cheese & crackers, too. But when the person showed me what she got, they were all chocolates or sweets. So, I'm kind of disappointed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
