There were quite a few unexpected brown spots on the roses. The recipient said they were impressed with how fragrant the roses are and that a lot of flowers these days don't smell that much, but they love how fragrant theses roses were. Beautiful roses, but brown spots and a little wilty looking. Maybe they'll open up more after a day or two out of the box?

Flowers not delivered until after 6:30pm then left on my porch. When my wife got them, the glass vase was tipped over, half the water was gone, and the balloon was deflated. Horrible.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
