UPS held up delivery, I can only assume it was due to Saturday delivery. Flowers were wilted due to delay. Otherwise, everything was ok.

I chose this company based on the fact I could have same day delivery. After my order was placed I received an email that it couldn't be delivered until Monday (2 days later). This was very disappointing and had I known initially I would not have placed the order.
Container was not a mirrored box. Plant looked small and cheap. Very disappointed in my gift.
Delivery handling charge kinda got me. Especially since bear showed up soaked from water from vase. But it is what it is
