The price and the flowers were good, he service was lousy. They were suppose to be delivered on saturday, but did not come to monday, although I did get an upgrade for the delay. But your word is your bond.

Was looking for more variety for men gifts

UPS held up delivery, I can only assume it was due to Saturday delivery. Flowers were wilted due to delay. Otherwise, everything was ok.

I chose this company based on the fact I could have same day delivery. After my order was placed I received an email that it couldn't be delivered until Monday (2 days later). This was very disappointing and had I known initially I would not have placed the order.
Container was not a mirrored box. Plant looked small and cheap. Very disappointed in my gift.
Delivery handling charge kinda got me. Especially since bear showed up soaked from water from vase. But it is what it is
Handling fee is too much and you don't mention it until the very end, very sneaky of you.
