The ordering was simple and the flowers arrived on time although they looked nothing like the deluxe bouquet that I ordered. This was disappointing. Additionally, the handling fee of 14.99 seemed very high and made the gift expensive.

Beautiful flowers - my delivery was suppose to be before noon (paid for that) they didn't arrive until around 2. But my daughter loved them - that's what's important

I got the flowers for my wife for her birthday and wanted them delivered to her but they called her because she wasn't home and said if you want them she would have to pic them up and they can not leave it at the door. Not happy at all

Easy, quickdissapointed that web said the flowers could be delivered the following day but later saw there was an additional charge for that I felt that was false advertisement- it should have been stated with the next day delivery offer that there was an additional charge.

The ordering process was Great! However, after my wife received the flowers, she said lilies had no fragrance at all and the flowers (roses and lily) were dull in color. Very unhappy with the quality of flowers. Chocolates were good.

This is the second time that I have ordered from you flowers, the first time I was very satisfied with the arrangement for a out of town funeral. This time the arrangement cost me almost $80.00 and I was embarrassed with the flowers and display. There were no extravagant flowers, just all white arrangement but it was so small I felt like I had been robbed! And that was with a 10-15% discount! For just plain white flowers with no ribbon or anything I felt like the price should have been no more than 50.00 at most and that would have been on the high side, just a few cut flowers was all it was for $80.00, ridiculously expensive.

I am usually ALWAYS happy with the products that are sent. The prices can't really be beat and only a few times have the flowers seemed "skimpy", but I don't blame any one person for that. Thank you for the services, I'll definitely be back to purchase flowers again and again!:)
