The delivery person was WONDERFUL

The delivery person was WONDERFUL - they called because my daughter was not there. They were able to find a safe place to put them until she got home.

That is the CUSTOMER SERVICE that is missing - thank you for going the extra mile! Very appreciated.

And my daughter absolutely LOVED the bouquet.

Had the order completed but had to go back to previous page to include info that I'd left out. Lost the order and had to do the entire thing over. Almost cost you the order. No excuse for cancelling out an order simply because the customer has failed to include info on a previous page. Won't happen to me again, I assure you. You know, I have alfeady included the following information once, why require it again? I can safely say, I will reconsider any future business with you.
Had I known in advance of the delivery method, I would never have ordered from this business.
The flowers were wilted and the chocolates melted. All because they were delivered by UPS and God only knows how long they sat in the back of that hot truck. Never again.
Sure was not worth the money I paid even though the price was discounted. Certainly ruined my wife's anniversary experience and mine as well.

The site is confusing when trying to us a discount code. The price in my cart wasn't the price on the site and it wouldn't let me add a discount code at checkout. I like the convenience of ordering flowers online when the recipient is out of town, but the site needs to be more straight forward and show fees up front when ordering and reflect the right price.
