I wish their was an option to add a cross or angel to the basket. I'd be willing to pay extra but the only additional items were balloons, chocolate or teddy bears. Since i didthe premium i thought it would have been a little bigger.

The product delivered looked nothing like what was shown online, very disappointed. I ordered the premium and it looked very small for it to be premium. I feel I overpaid for such a small item. The bear was NOT worth $20.

The web site is user friendly, the delivery arrived next day and on time. The arrangement was just as beautiful as pictured. There were roses instead of tulips but it was stated due to seasonal or supply situations there maybe substitution, quite understandable.
The roses did compliment the arrangement well, right color and they were fresh. The follow-up is considerate and the option to not be contacted if so desired is also refreshing. The prices are a great value for the product quality.

Everything was wonderful, but the picture she sent me of the flowers was lacking a bit. They didn't look as fresh as I had hoped and the picture on line showed beautiful bright pink flowers.
The picture she sent me was of peach, lavender, and dirty looking light pink daisies and carnations. Next time I won't be picking the best deal of the day.

Had a hard time getting started. Had to go into website several times. My sister sent me a picture of the flowers and they looked rather skimpy compared to the bouquet on the website. Although she said the were beautiful, I am somewhat disappointed and feel I could have done better, price wise and bouquet wise going through a local florist.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
