Was a gift for a child that just had surgery. Was told he was thrilled with it.
I ordered two premium bouquets and paid a pricey amount for delivery and fullness of the arrangement. While the bouquets arrived on time, one of the roses were wilted and it seemed to have only four roses. I could see right through the bouquet! No fullness or fillers. Neither bouquet looked like the online photos in color or in fullness.
Wish I could post a photo that would speak volumes.

I understand and accept the need for occasional (equitable) substitutions of product. But the bouquet sent long-distance to celebrate my daughter's 25th birthday in our absence were a joke. What I picked was an upgraded bouquet containing many roses. What was delivered was small, cheap, and with only 1 rose visible in the pic she sent me. Very disappointed. Waiting to cool off before I call to discuss this.
I love seeing pix of the various arrangements, and having the option to scale up from a standard to a premium arrangement. It is especially helpful to be able to choose "contactless delivery," as I'm ordering the flowers for a senior couple who has been sheltering in place for safety.
The hardest part today was deciding which of the beautiful plants or flowers to choose, they're all so beautiful!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
