Seems really expensive for handling charges since it is a local delivery according to the web page! Also I ordered a teddy bear with a blue ribbon and flowers in a vase but for some reason they received an elephant instead of a bear. I would think that for as much as it cost me they could have called and given me a heads up that they either were out of stock on the bears or is it OK to substitute if they couldn't send the bear as was expected!
I have used this service several times now for Birthdays and things. Everyone who has received them has really liked the arrangements.
