Very easy to shop and pay
Would have been perfect had they remembered the balloon.
It is really too early for this review. I just placed the order. It has not been delivered yet. The website is a bit miss-leading. You have an Item description that say it comes with a 15" bear but then when you process the order, it makes you choose the size of the bear S,M, or L. All with added cost. Also, it does not tell you the size of a S,M, or L bear. So you have to wonder what you get with the base selection.
The check out was not as easy as previously. Sign in with facebook was not necessary. The flowers were not as pretty as the online picture. The roses were somewhat wilted. I wonder if all my previous orders were this disappointing; it just happens that I saw this one. I expected more.
Annoying that there is a certain base price of flowers for delivery, but it is on top of a delivery price and you don't know that you have to go back and begin your search all over again until checkout.

I'm pleased that this order was so easy to place. Following the mix up on my last order, I was hesitate to place another. This is to an individual in their home (not a large hospital) I appreciated that the company reimbursed me for the former mix up. This selection looks beautiful and is for my daughter's birthday. It was delivered on time and arrangement was beautiful, albeit the leaves were 'tired' because it was placed in box outside electric gate.

It was easy to order but flowers received looked nothing lol ke the picture, looked like an arrangement I went and bought at Walmart so I called and they offered to replace with another florist and it was even worst than the first one! They were nice enough to refund my money but said it will take 3 days to get back in my account and it ruined my daughter's birthday
