UPDATE -- after arrangement delivered.
PROS: arrangement was delivered on schedule.
CONS: I asked my recipient for a picture and was very disappointed with the arrangement; it was Not Even Remotely Close to the picture on my order, especially since I even upgraded to the next type. Only the balloon was as expected. I also felt that the delivery/service charge was high, but I decided to try this site. I paid quite a bit more than my budget so I was looking forward to a nice arrangement, much like what was in the picture.
I will probably not order again from this website.

They use PayPal but when then they ask for all your billing info which is why you use PP in the first place- when they try to contact you- the caller ID comes up as unknown. The business really needs to fix this. Customer service was polite not sure if recipient will get the ballons
