I am very disappointed with the bouquet our relatives received as it was an anniversary gift for them. The bouquet we ordered appeared much larger and more colourful than the one that they actually received.
The flowers they received looked more like a bouquet you would send for condolences as opposed to happy anniversary.
Although I ordered the basic flower pack, I expected similar flowers to the deluxe - just fewer and maybe a little less fancy. In the picture, there were blue, yellow and white flowers. In the delivery there were only yellow and white. Even if they were different flowers, I at least expected all the colors

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
