All the selection and checkout process is great. The only thing I feel it needs improvement it's the tracking accuracy... the las 2 times my order was delivered on time apparently but the tracking bar didn't confirm the delivery until the vey end if the day and that messed up the surprise the last 2 times othere than that I like the company. I like it a little better than 1-800 flowers.

We ordered flowers for a funeral and paid for the deluxe Sympathy dish garden. It was supposed to be a lovely flowering plant with other green plants included. There were no flowers in it at all and only 3 tiny green plants. We were completely disappointed and embarrassed by the plant that was received. We will NOT order from this company again! 60$ for nothing!
I needed a special flower arrangement delivered that day and they only charged me an extra 2.99 for that I thought that was awesome. It was the most unique flower arrangement ever we loved it
