I had to redo my purchase 4 times before total reflected the "auto" discount. Last time I tried it said it was the google discount so it finally worked. Extremely frustrating to get one price up front and then a different price (i.e. No discount reflection) right before purchasing.

Easy to use website, customer service representative James was very friendly polite and professional when I called to change the address that I made a mistake on for delivery he took care of it quickly. I had a horrible experience with ProFlowers at Mother's Day this is the first time I've actually used you guys and you guys did not disappoint, my grandmother loved her flowers they came just the way they are displayed on the website, they weren't late and they even gave her a call to let her know what time they would be there. I will be using you guys from now on you'll have won over a loyal customer!

I wish I could post pictures of what I ordered and what I got! Half of the floral arrangement was missing almost all of the flowers. Suppose to come with 3 distinct flowers; pink tulips, red alstroemerias and purple monte casino, did NOT contain any of these. Was suppose to have 3 sunflower, had two. Attempted to settle with their customer service and they would only refund $17 of a $60 order!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
